·  The Virtual School will send Leicestershire schools a final copy of the PEP via AVCO if any changes have been made. If the school is out of Leicestershire or an independent special school the social worker will send a copy.
·  If the Virtual School has chaired the PEP, they will send it to the Social Worker and send via AVCO to the School. If the school is out of Leicestershire or an independent special school the social worker will send a copy.
