Grant Woodward

Producers have the final responsibility for all aspects of a film's production. They are frequently the first person to become involved in a project. The Development Producers' role is to turn ideas into profitable entertainment, and to persuade others to share in their vision. Development Producers are often responsible for coming up with the underlying premise of a production, or for selecting the screenplay.

The Director is the driving creative force in a film's production, and acts as the crucial link between the production, technical and creative teams. The Director is responsible for creatively translating the service’s written script into actual images and sounds. She must visualize and define the style and structure of the service, then act as both a storyteller and team leader to bring this vision to reality.

Master Control Operators are responsible for monitoring the quality and accuracy of the on-air product, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, and preparing programing for future playback.

A Camera Operator works with digital, electronic and film cameras in multi and single camera operational conditions, producing pictures by combining the use of complex technology with creative visual skills.

Multi-camera means multiple cameras. Most multi-camera productions use three cameras that run simultaneously.

Video Editors prepare the final version of the product. At the post production stage they take raw footage, choose the best shots and put them in order, and add sound, graphics and special effects.
A Post Producer is the integral person that does the actual editing, dubbing, and other post production duties when the taping is complete.

Graphics Designers design the opening titles, captions and other graphics for productions. They may spend a great deal of time researching or creating specific fonts. They also contribute to creative decisions such as the choice of color, and whether to include animation or special effects. The Graphics Designer maintains mostly the lower third of the screen inserting fill in the blanks and creates full screen graphics like charts and “read with me’s.”

Sound Engineers operate consoles and other equipment to control, replay, and mix sound from various sources during services. Sound crews also install and hookup equipment. They may also work as utility sound operators, sound cable workers, maintenance design sound engineers, microphone operators, etc.

A Web Designer will be the creative lead and author of a websites unique design to convey the particular 'look' the church commissions them to create.

A Web Developer will design, create, and implement the technical process in creating a website. This can include html coding, flash work, and experience with web developing software and processes.

A Webcaster will develop and implement necessary means to integrate your company with streaming media. Much like television or radio, webcasting allows you to broadcast over the internet.
