Rugby World Cup Tickets 2015

The RWC take place in England from September to October 2015 but the ticket allocation process starts in April/May 2014. 500,000 tickets (approximately one-quarter of the total) are available in May 2014 to rugby club members across England. Tickets that remain after that sale will go on general sale to the public in October 2014.You can register to apply for RWC club tickets through our club using the form below.

There are two types of games and the process is slightly different for each:

Matches at Twickenham You can apply for any game but there is a limit of four tickets per person. You need to complete the attached form and return it to me at the address shown above. If the demand for tickets for a particular game is greater than our ticket allocation, then people will be limited to just two tickets per person. If there is still a problem, then a draw will take place to determine who can apply for tickets. Unlike the 6 Nations or autumn games, if successful you will be given a login to the RWC web site and it's for you to then apply for the nominated game, and purchase what priced tickets you want. It’s on a first come first served basis so if you want cheaper tickets you will need to log in on the first day, 16th May.

Other Matches There are 38 other games around the country. We have 300 tickets which can be at any game and at any price. You can apply for any match but there is a limit of four tickets per person and you need to complete the attached form. You will then be given a log in for the RWC web site and it's for you to log on, select game and ticket price. Again it's a first come first served basis so if you want cheaper tickets you need to log in from 16th May. There is only one match being played in the North West of England, it is England versus a Play-off winner (a match still to be played) at Manchester City Stadium on Saturday 10th October 2015.

Ticket PricingAlthough many of the tickets are quite expensive, most of the games (with the exception of the quarter-finals, semi-finals and final) have tickets for children priced at only £15. These tickets are allocated by the RWC on a first-come basis. Once the cheaper tickets are gone, you will then be offered tickets at the next price range available. Thus if you wanted a ticket for the final, the cheapest tickets are £150, if you fail to obtain one of these, you will be asked if you want to purchase some of the more expensive tickets (£315, £515 or £715)!

Eligibility You be able to apply for tickets you MUST meet the following requirements:

(i) be aged at least 18 on 6th May 2014;

(ii) be a card-carrying member of Liverpool Cricket and Sporting Club;

(iii) have an active playing or non-playing involvement in the Junior, Senior or Ladies rugby sections;

(iv) agree to meet all the terms and conditions as laid out on the application form; in particular to agree not to sell your tickets to any third party.

Timelines

Deadline for forms is 7pm on Sunday 27th April 2014, to be delivered to the address shown above.

If required, a draw for tickets will take place on Thursday 1st May at 7pm in the rugby bar.

6th May - Your details are loaded onto the RWC web site and you are advised of your selected Twickenham game(s) or for the games at other venues.

16th May - The successful members can log on to RWC web site and purchase tickets.

30th June - Tickets sales close.

Twickenham Games

  • For Twickenham we have 150 tickets spread over 10 games, as shown in the Table below.
  • If successful and you will be given a login for the RWC web site where you can purchase tickets for your nominated game at what prices are available.

  • Tickets go on sale 16th May and different prices are available on a first come first served basis when you log in to the RWC web site.
  • You pay RWC for these tickets on-line rather than through the club.
