Authorship Responsibility. The undersigned herby affirm that this manuscript represents original, unpublished material that is not under editorial consideration elsewhere, in whole or in part, and that each author has participated sufficiently in the intellectual content, analysis of data (if applicable), and writing of the manuscript to take public responsibility for it. The undersigned also attest that those individuals or institution in the Acknowledgments are aware that their names appear. The undersigned authors certify that there is not encroachment upon any copyright or exclusive license issue for any work included in the submission, whether the work in verbatim or modified.

Copyright Transfer. The undersigned authors, jointly and severally, relinquish to the APPI all control over this material such as rights to make or authorize reprints, to reproduce the materials in other association publication and to grant the material to others without charge. The undersigned grant and assign exclusively to the APPI for its use any and all rights of what-so-ever kind or nature now or hereafter protected by the copyright laws (common or statutory) in the India and all foreign countries in all languages in and to the above-named article, including all subsidiary rights. APPI, in turn, grants to each author the right of republication in any book of which she/he is the author or editor, subjected only giving proper credit to the original journal publication of the article. If the manuscript is not accepted for publication, this copyright transfer has no legal effect. The Editorial Office retains a file copy of all submitted materials. Material prepared by the government employees in the course of their official duties may not be copyrightable. The APPI also grants permission to all authors, for whom the new policy applies to transmit the final peer-reviewed version of their manuscript to the NIH for deposit in Pub Med Central upon publication papers In Press. Ethics Approval.
