Klein Management Systems, Inc offersa Permanent Placement Service that will utilize our extensive resources to assist our valued clients in securing candidates of exceptional skill and experience for specific open positions. Our fees are based upon a percentage of the employee’s first year’s gross compensation. Gross compensation may consist of a combination of salary, draw, commission or bonuses. It is understood that our fee is earned if, within one year from the date of our referral, your organization or affiliate hires our candidate.

If there is a termination at any date from the starting date of employment to the 30th calendar day thereafter, there shall be a refund. The refund will be 100% during the first 30 days and a pro-rated credit from days 31-90.
