The submitted abstract should follow the formatting provided in this template and guidelines shown in the symposiumwebsite ( In order to make it easier, it is recommended that you use this template to prepare your abstracts.Abstracts must be in English and cannot exceed one A4 page each; Marginsshould be top 2.5cm; bottom 2.5cm; left 2.5cm; right 2.5cm. Main text of abstract should be flush left, right justified, single spaced and written with Times New Roman Italic, point 10; also leave one blank line (12 pt) after each paragraph.

Abstract points out the purpose of the research, methodologies, and main conclusions reached. Abstracts should be short, clear, concise and written in English with correct spelling and good sentence structure. Citations, reference list, figure, table, special symbol, header and footer should be avoided. Authors should also provide 5 keywords to assist the reader and allow cross-indexing of the abstract (Times New Roman, 10 points). Key words should be written in lower-case letters and be separated by commas. Plural forms and upper-case letters should be avoided. The submission of an abstract carries with it the obligation that it will actually be presented at the symposium by the author or, at least, by one of the co-authors. Each participant may submit up to two abstracts in which they appear as presenting author.

Submitted abstracts should be saved in the .docx format and titled with the author last name first (Example: Günay_Mücahid_Abstract.docx).Abstracts should be submitted via e-mail account of the symposium () not later than 31 May 2018. The authors may choose either oral or poster form for presentation of their paper, but please indicate your preference for presentation. The Scientific Committee will take the author’s preference for oral or poster session into full consideration, but the final decision will be made by the Committee. Submission of an abstract means the work is original and has not been submitted elsewhere.
