He has nearly twelve years of experience doing extensive research and consulting in the area of water technology, institutions and policy. He has nearly 60 publications to his credit, including articles in national and international journals, book chapters, consultancy reports, conference papers and research monographs. He is currently working with the International Water Management Institute, India Project Office.
