7thNew South Wales Teams Championship

When:Saturday , and Sunday 26th and 27th August 2017

Where:Vines Pony Club Grounds

Oakville

Time:8.30am start both days

Competition:Teams competition held over 2 days.

Saturday3 sessions of heats (7 games)

Sunday1 session of heats (7 games) followed by finals (10 games)

The teams will initially be divided into heats, this will decide which teams are in the“A” Final, the “B” Final etc. There will be as many finals as required for thenumber of teams in the competition.

Teams may be made up of 4 or 5 riders. Riders may only be entered in 1 team.

Prizes:Rosettes will be awarded to each rider in the finals. A saddle cloth will be awarded to the Champion Team in A Division and a prize for the winning team in the B Division and any other Divisions. There will also be a Perpetual trophy on which the names ofthe winning teams in each division will be inscribed.

Entries:Entries close Friday18, 2017. Pre-entry & payment is required. Payment on the day will not be accepted. The free competition included with membership and the newcomer price cannot be used for this competition.Competitors must be members of AMGA (full or day member)

Entry Fee:$200 per team. An additional fee of $50 will apply to late entries and they will only be accepted if there is room in the heats.

Accommodation:Camping is permitted at the Grounds at $5 per family per night. Powered camp sites are limited.

Stabling:A number of yards are available on the grounds and must be left clean. If you have you own yards please bring them.

Dress:Boots, approved helmet, fawn or blackriding pants and a collared shirt must be worn, other coloured pants will not be accepted and riders will be asked to change. Teams are expected to be presented according to a championships and riding in the same uniform, including same coloured riding pants.

Helper:All teams will be expected to provide 2 helpers for a heat each session. Extra helpers are also required.
