- Uma made a motion for the club to make a $150 donation to REEF in his name. Joy seconded the motion. All in favor. Motion passed
- GAFC discussion
- Everyone was happy with the chef and he is interested in doing future events
- There were less people than last year. Last year 85- this year 60
- Brie – recommended a training video on entering the REEF forms be posted to our website
- Need to consult the tide table next year
- Bring sponsor forms to next general meeting so they can be sent in to REEF. Uma to find out who the contact person is
- Joy suggested that we send cards to the sponsors
- Next year – need to get scan sheets to the site coordinators. Also need to mark 1st food tickets number and the last

- Dan made a motion to hire the chef again for the Tropical at $150. Brie seconded. All in Favor. Motion passed.

- Joy suggested that we post photos every 2 days with pictures from late year. Start a few days before the next General meeting
