Auberge’ Board of Director’s Meeting

MINUTES
Administrative Items:
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM by President Max Deardorff.
BOD members present includedTom Dougherty,Robert Shaw, andSteve
Greenfield. Ben Ford was absent.
The emailed minutesof March 21st were presented with a revised first page.
All having received and read them approved. Robert Shaw motioned to accept the
minutes, Tom Doughertyseconded, and the motion passed.
Committee Reports:
Treasurer’s Report – Steve Greenfield Steve reported that Our insurance has been
renewed. It has dropped 700.00 but our deductible has increased to 2500.00. Steve
checked and that is about all that is offered to an HOA.
We received a water bill for 96.00 for 1 meter. It seem that Bill Crousant used a
sprinkler to water some sod at his new construction. He offered to pay 25.00, he said
most of the water was caused by a leak in the system. After a lengthy discussion it was
decided he should pay half the cost because he was not authorized to turn on the
sprinklers with out permission.
Landscape Committee – Gail Stearns–Gail said the lawns have been scalped and
new mulch will be spread next week. Ryan checked the trees last week. Gail will
check on the mowing schedule. New plantings have been ordered for the front beds.
We should know soon if the special treatment for winter kill on test lawns works.

Pool committee Tia Creamer Absent no report.
Architectural Committee – Gary Hughes Gary said that 11 houses are under
construction. He and the committee are trying to monitor adherence to specs so
any corrections are made in a timely manner.
Landscaping at4774 E. 144th St. needs to be corrected.
Shed in backyard at14434 S. Vandalia needs to be relocated or covered with
landscaping.

Asset Management Committee - Nick Hanna–Absent, No report
Security and Safety Committee – Ken Loden–Ken reported that someone has tried
To open the front gate by guessing the code. Also there are reports of workers
starting as early as 5:00 am at the new construction sites. Contractor gate codes are
active at 6:30 am. Ken will get in touch with David Lee to make sure the new water
gets installed on schedule.
Gary Knowls solicited bids from three companies for repair and/or replacement of
our 3 Fire/Crash gates. Only Tulsa Home Guard responded. The estimates ranged
from 2700.00 for minor repairs to 12050.00 for new decorative steel gates similar to
the steel gate south of the pond on Vandalia. A decision was postponed till later.
Finance Committee - Robert Shaw –No report.
Nominating Committee – Ben Ford – Absent - No report
Social Committee—Dianne Pearson – Absent – No Report.
Old Business:
The bricks were installed to repair the east gate. But SHAZAM we are still missing
4 bricks.
In the middle of the night on March18th someone was at the door at 14526S.
Vandalia. The Bixby police were called and responded. They discovered 2 cars
Parked on the south side of the gate that divides the Auberge and White Hawk Villas.
One person was cited for Public Intoxication.

motion passed.
