Supplemental Figure 1. Multiple sequence alignment of myosin XI C-terminal regions. Sequences homologous to amino acid residues 1109-1512 of myosin XI-2 from N. benthamiana were aligned in Clustal W 2.0 (Larkin et al., 2007) and gaps (other than one-nucleotide gaps) were removed manually to produce a more conservative alignment. Only sequences that began and ended with conserved regions were accepted. The alignment in Phylip format is given below.
