Dear NWC Senior Parents,
The 2011-2012 Yearbook Staff is busy creating this year’s edition of NOWECA. With our 2011 edition well received we are full of ideas for this year’s book. As you may know, the Senior Ads Pages are a popular and long lasting tradition incorporated into the annual publication. The funds generated from “Senior Ad” sales help to defray the publishing and production cost of the book. Donating a Senior Ad is also a wonderful way to congratulate your senior upon his or her upcoming graduation.
Last year’s edition had a large number of senior ads, taking over 50 pages of the roughly 208 page yearbook. With your support, the Class of 2012 will exceed this mark!
In order to best design ads, we need orders returned in a timely manner. Please review the attached form and submit all materials no later than Tuesday October 11th. Seniors Ads can only be guaranteed to parents who purchase an ad and to those who send a completed packet (payment, wording, AND pictures) by October 11th. If you send in a completed packet after this date, we will need to charge an addition $25 to the prices listed below, in order to quickly process the order. We ask that you only submit original copies or .jpeg electronic copies (email or cd). Photocopies, PowerPoints, and word documents (with the photos embedded) will compromise the quality of your ad and/or are not compatible with our program. Please note the limit of photos per page size, if more photos are submitted it will be the layout team’s discretion of what photos are not included.

Senior Ad Costs (when submitted by the October 11th deadline:
· ¼ Page Limit 3 Pics $100.00
· ½ Page Limit 6 Pics $160.00
· 1 Page Limit 12 Pics $300.00
o When possible, please send photos in digital format (CD, DVD, or e-mail to ).
o Photographs should be quality copies or originals. Please do not photocopy pictures. Please write the name of the student on the back of the photo with a felt tipped marker or permanent marker that will not bleed through the picture.
o Bright, clear, and vivid photos work best. Please do not cut or crop the photographs; the student layout team will handle this task. Please make a note of how you would like the photo cropped however.
o Checks should be made payable to Northwest Catholic High School (please write “Senior Ad” in the memo space).
o We cannot guarantee the return of original photographs. We suggest that a quality copy of the photograph be made. Copies can be made at CVS/Pharmacy or Walgreens. All attempts will be made to return photos at the END of the school year with the students yearbook.
o Make checks payable to: Northwest Catholic High School
o Submission of check and/or ad form is considered a binding contract, upon receipt staff will start work on your ad.
