Wiring Instructions
Include bank name and address.
Bank account name must match other supporting documentation.
Include wire ABA and bank account number.
  • On closing agent letterhead – must reflect closing agent location address.
Closing Protection Letter
Signed by an authorized representative of issuing title underwriter.
Reflect closing agent name and address being approved.
Must be loan-specific CPL including borrower name/address/file number or Sierra loan number.
  • Be Issued by a company on Sierra Pacific’s Preapproved Title Insurer List.
  • Issued within past 30 days
  • Other offices attachments must be specifically referenced in the body of the first page of the CPL.
We will NOT wire funds to any Closing Agent that does not have current documentation, validation and approval with our office.

Authorization/Release for Business and Individuals
The Closing Agent as named above acknowledges that it is in the best interest of the Closing Agent and Sierra Pacific Mortgage Company, Inc., (and any subsidiaries or representatives) (SPM) to perform due diligence to verify the existence of the Closing Agent’s business, its business practices, bank information, insurance information, etc., in connection with the closing of real estate secured transactions on behalf of SPM. Closing Agent and/or its representative hereby consents and gives SPM authorization to submit the name of the applicant, applicant’s company, and any supporting documentation through all industry background databases including, without limitation, and not limited to, databases operated by First Line Data for purposes of verifying the information contained on this application and validation of any/all supporting documentation provided as a requirement of becoming an approved closing agent for SPM.
