RESPONSIBILITIES:

Use of Primavera Project Management (P6 release 8) for monitoring and reviewing the baselines Programmes. Use of Primavera Contract Management (Expedition release 13) to track the documents. Coordinate with the Engineer in the review and integration of the schedule into Ashghal's database and guide the Contractor in preparation of the schedule to be compatible with the integration requirements. Review Contractor's programme submissions including all narratives and supporting information and provides analysis and findings. Verify Actual progress and compare Actual performances to Original plans. Monitor, adjust and update the cost plan and cash flows accordingly and consolidates these results in Consultant monthly reports. Review Contractor’s monthly invoices. Support the Engineer in the preparation of Consultant invoice. Estimate time element of change orders and submit my analysis to the Engineer and incorporate within the Master Schedule after authorization. Evaluate Contractor's Extension of Time Request and prepare Recommendations to the Engineer.
