The Bell Inn is a privately owned Inndating back to 1782 and has been owned by the same family for over 200 years. Located in Brook in the heart of New Forest you’ll feel totally at ease when being welcomed into our truly authentic 18th century coaching Inn which offers the perfect blend of tradition with its period features and twist of contemporary style.

The Bell Inn offers a range of options to suit many budgets. We are licensed for civil ceremonies and partnerships which can take place in our Garden room, accommodating 50 guests.

This package you have exclusive use of the hotel from midday on your wedding day until 10:30am the following morning.

Payment terms
A £500.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding date. 50% of the balance is due 8 weeks before the wedding day and the remaining 50% is due 2 weeks before the wedding, where we finalise numbers and any special requirements.
Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation between the date of the wedding until six months before your deposit will be forfeited. If you cancel from six months to three months before then 30% of the estimated cost will be payable. If you cancel three months to one month before then 60% of the estimated cost will be payable. If you cancel one month to the actual day of your wedding then the full estimated cost will be payable.
We strongly recommend that all wedding parties take out insurance in case of any cancellations or family sickness.

Children’s package
We can provide z-beds and cots if required. Children over 12 years sharing their parent’s room will be charged £25.00 per child bed and breakfast. Just speak to your wedding co-ordinator to arrange this.
