September Minutes Have been sent around, will be approved via email. Previous minutes will be sent to webmaster for publication.
RE Report :
More phone calls and emails, mostly concerning the ARRC, Expecting a lot of people. Will also have half an hour of quarter midgets. RA is working on the club side pits. Discussion.
Treasurers Report:
Financials distributed. Discussion.
Department Reports:
Website: Randall says the ARRC webpage is updated, waiting for links and documents. He'll send out an email to everyone when it's ready. Racing Radio wants to be listed as a sponsor on our webpage. Discussion.
Race Report: AJ: Supps, schedule, etc. for ARRC are ready. Sanction # pending. Registration will be open very soon. Paddock issues, pit issues. Discussion.
Rally X: Wes: Not much to report Next event Nov. 1
Solo : Randall.Prince Last event last weekend. Solid number of registrants. Overall, 2015 one of the better seasons. Preparing the awards for the Christmas party. SEDIV tent at Solo Runoffs was a hit, will do more. Scheduling is starting for 2016 at both Turner Field and Commerce Speedway. Lanier Speedway also a possibility.
Old Business:
Elections Nominations: Clark McInnis 2 year director. Karyn Hudson nominated Bob Hudson 2 year director. Jenny Paradis nominated Dave Rollow as 1 year director. A.J. Schramm nominated Dustin Stevenson as 1 year director.
Slate: Rick Mitchell, RE. AJ Schramm Assistant RE, Carol Cone Treasurer, Jenny Paradis, Secretary.
Nominations closed at 9:00 p.m. All open positions only have one nomination; no election necessary.
Financial account: Signature forms are in hand and will be finalized tonight.
Arrangements are being made to close the safe deposit box.
New Business:

Annual membership meeting in February. Postponed until the next meeting.
