¨ A) €540 (euro) covering 2 nights of accommodation at the conference hotel with breakfast and all taxes paid,access to all sessions, two lunches, coffee breaks and conference material. Add 40 euro to fee if double occupancy required.

¨ B) €1200 (euro) covering 4 nights of accommodation with breakfast and all taxes paid, participation in all social and educational activities, access to all sessions, two lunches, coffee breaks and conference material. Add 80 euro to fee if double occupancy required.

¨ C) €400 (euro) covering access to all sessions, two lunches, coffee breaks and conference material. (Note: This option does not include accommodation).

¨ D) €2000 (euro) covering 4 nights of accommodation for two people in a luxury room at the conference hotel, subject to availability, with breakfast and all taxes paid, transportation from/to the airport, transfer service for the first two days of the conference, participation for two people in all social and educational activities, access to all sessions, two lunches, coffee breaks and conference material. This option covers one registration fee for the sessions of the conference. Accompanying persons pay no registration fee only if they do not attend the sessions of the conference. Of course, co-authors, who present at the conference, pay the entire fee (400 euro).

Subject to availability and cost, additional nights of accommodation can be arranged. The cost of a single room with breakfast and all taxes included is €150, and a double room, €170. The name of the hotel will be known 1-2 weeks before the conference. Accompanying persons pay no registration fee, but only the cost of the activity they want to participate in. Co-authors are not considered to be “accompanying” persons and they pay the registration fee only if they participate in the conference. Cruise to Aegean islands with lunch, transfer to Piraeus and boat fare (free with registration (b) & (d), otherwise 100 euro). Departure at 07:00 Return at 20:30. Visit the islands of Aegina, Hydra, Poros.
Thursday / Delphi Visit with lunch (free only with registration (b) & (d), otherwise 100 euro). Departure at 08:00 Return at 19:30

______Total Cost of the above Activities

All amounts should be paid in advance, including accommodation. There is no refund for registration fees (a) and (c). These fees cover the fixed and sunk cost of processing your registration. There is a cancelation fee of 540 euro for fees (b) & (d), if one month notice is given. There is full refund for all the activities if they are not included in the registration fee and if two-weeks notice is given. Please do not forget to add the registration fee to the total cost of accommodation and the total cost of activities.
