How?
YOU COULD WIN $50
Each month complete one or more SIPE on-line training(s) print the certificate at the end of the module, and send the certificate(s) to Human Resource Department by the end of each month. By doing this, you will be entered to win a $50 check from the District Safety Committee’s budget. Starting in September, the Safety Committee will draw 5 certificatessubmitted during the previous month. Each month the Safety Committee will start with the on-line safety training certificates received for that month.

SIPE On-Line Training
- Click on Internet Explorer or Google or Safari
- Go to http:
- Enter Email under “User Sign In” and “Password”
- Choose “Atascadero Unified School District” from the drop-down window and click “Submit”
- Complete the Training Module, take exam, and print Certificate.
- Give a copy of your Certificate to your site/department office and send to Human Resources Department for the Monthly Drawing.
Caught In the Act Program.
YOU COULD WIN $25
Monthly drawings will take place, starting in September, for employees Caught In the Act (CIA) of being safe. When an employee catches another employee working safely, fill out a Caught In the Act form, and send it to the Human Resource Department. You and the employee you Caught In the Act will be entered to win a $25 check for each of you.The program is funded from the District Safety Committee’s budget.
Safety Topic of the MONTH
YOU COULD WIN $25
A monthly email will be sent to all employees covering a safety topic. Read the attachment in the email, answer the questions correctly and your name will be entered in a drawing for a opportunity to win a $25 check from the District Safety Committee. The Safety Committee will draw 8winners each month.
An individual is not permitted towin over $200 each fiscal year.

How is this funded?
Any unrestricted funds generated from Workers Compensation premium savings will be available to help fund future negotiated compensation adjustments and for meeting the needs of the District. Dollars received from the SIPE Premium Rebate Program will be shared equally with the District Safety Committee.
