2. Agree on Non-Negotiable list of items to be put in all student portfolios 8-12 grade -Speeches, Evaluations, Outlines- Correct naming conventions, Negotiables- Journals?
3. Update our AV needs moving forward 8-12- Wade still needs a podium. Wade- Wade needs the VLC program, he will check if it is a standard program on the student computers, ask computer techs if VLC software can be included in 8th grade software package on their computers. Sent Wade email with tech and camera information. We should all be aligned with the same equipment. All Kumu have individual hard drives. New LCD projectors. Screen in 201 and HA Annex 32, and HA 109. Blinds in 201 (work request-follow up with Amber). Speakers for the HA 201 and 216. Smart Boards all 5 classrooms (Wade included)
4. Clarify understandings around how and who will archive student portfolios-EA and Amber will archive student portfolios after KUMU organizes it on Kumu individual harddrives.
5. Plan to Pilot DIGITAL PORTFOLIO Assessment Process to be used 2012-2013

DELIVERABLE: Identify at least 1 K-12 Common WEO connection as a content area / Kalei / · We looked at the common WEO and noticed two areas of overlap. One area of overlap was chosen as a common focus area.

1. Work on writing proposal for funding needed for a major financial request to purchase system to store large files for student digital folders
2. Revamp final exams given in the high school
3. Unwrapping key standards and linking to WEO
4. Continue Tri-Campus articulation both Middle and High School Level
5. Simplify student’s End-of-Year survey for speech
