The Hammersmith Quilters’ Guild meets at 7:00 pm on the first Wednesday of the month

at the Saugus Senior Center, 466 Central Street, Saugus.

Meetings will not be held if Saugus schools are closed due to inclement weather.

If it is necessary to cancel a meeting before a school closing announcement has been made, notice of cancellation will be sent by e-mail andposted on the Guild website as early as possible on the day of such cancellation. Members without Internet access should call a Guild Officer.

It is also sent e-mail to all members with e-addresses;

Guild Housekeeping;

Members please remind your guests of our policy. Guests are charged a fee of $3.00, unless there is a speaker. Guest is charged $5.00 the night of a speaker. Guests are not to partake in raffles or creative Quiltworks. Guests are welcome at any meeting except in December for the Holiday Party or June for the Ice Cream Social.

Creative Quiltworks: Please remember patterns are for members only. Guests cannot take patterns or sign up for projects.Membership fees defray the costof such projects, guest fees donot.

DONATION INFORMATION:

Each member is asked to donate a Baby Quilt and a Bear each year. These are given to the Police and Charities. Unfortunately our cupboards are bare. Please help us to replenish our stash; any quilt pattern is acceptable for the quilts especially for baby, teens and tweens. If you have any questions please contact Ellen Moore or Lynda Garniss.
