Full Facebook Advertising Management
The fastest and most effective way to optimize and further develop your Facebook advertising is via full agency management.
Agency management is done in a two-tiered progression, including an initial 90-day set up/management, then ongoing management if so desired. 90-Day Setup and Management is separated into two segments.
1. Setup: (Days 1 – 14)
In the initial 90 day set up/management, the following would be identified:
· Ideal Targeting Research and Refinement
o Complete description of avatars
o Identification of avatar pain points
· Identify the Gaps/Opportunities/Challenges in Current Ad Campaigns
o Establish goals/expectations for current and future campaigns
o Complete analysis of current advertising campaigns to identify areas of opportunity
o Full audit of the current advertising campaigns using various look back periods of one year, six months three months and one month with full analysis completed by our on staff with data analyst as well as ad manager staff
· Identify Areas of Improvement in Sales Funnel
o Consulting on funnel refinements, and an initial implementation of advertising strategies to capitalize on these improvements.
2. Active Management: (Days 15 – 90)
After the initial Analysis and consultation, Active ad management will commence
· Facebook Ad Campaign Management Tactical Improvements
Based on the initial analysis, some or all of the following enhancements will be implemented:
o Current list asset uploading and Custom Audience creation
o Conversion pixel placement and testing
o Website custom audience implementation
o Creation of Look-alike Audiences off Custom Audience and other assets
o Thorough demographic and psychographic research/analysis of potential target audiences/customer avatars
o Creation of interest spreadsheet for potential interests and audiences similar to those which have been most effective in past campaigns
o Collection of collateral content which will be helpful to your campaign (testimonials, case studies and videos)
o Collaborate with your design team to design and create ad creatives and edit Facebook friendly copy
o Consult and assist in creation of all of Landing Pages (Opt-in pages, Thank You Pages)
o Conversion pixel and website custom audience placement
o Initiate advanced tracking and integrate JavaScript and complete project setup using our agency Kissmetrics account in order to best track campaign performance metrics and KPIs
For the first month we will have a weekly one-hour call (less at your discretion), then we will move to an every other week 30-minute call. If the need arises to have an occasional additional unscheduled call with a team member during the week we will do our best to adhere to your needs and get on a call, schedule permitting.

Payments would be made as follows in advance of services on the following schedule:
Month 1: $7500
Month 2: $5000
Month 3: $5000
At the end of 90 days, you may choose to continue an ongoing ad management arrangement with us, choose a consulting option or decide to do it on your own. Regardless, we’ll work with you to choose the best arrangement for you.
Prices vary based on ad spend with the following ad management fee structure:
$10,000 - $50,000/month ad spend: $5000/month
$50,000 - $99,000/month ad spend: $7500/month
$100,000+/month ad spend: $10,000/month
