Software

We deliver “Out of the Box” software for many of the popular software application packages and interface it with Avaya, Nortel, NEC, Siemens, Miteland most of the TDM PBX or IP vendors popular today. We keep current development alliances active so we are always on top of new switch software versions. Of special note, our software processes work with your businessand database applications. Hardware and Software Maintenance

All switch hardware and software provided by Astound includes optional maintenance agreements that offer services that meet with your business requirements. Comprehensive maintenance and support services assure you of trouble free services and quick and helpful support when it is required. It is provided either as an annual contract or as time and materials for services provided.

Project Management

Astound Technologies completely managesyour switch implementation, your CTI, MAC or related communications projects for single or multiple location implementations, whether the equipment is provided by Astound or it is equipment you currently own that we integrate with, install, upgrade or expand. We also provide location research, design and costing, project planning and installationof redundant/disaster recovery/failover/call center sitesplus the project management of such ventures. Both on shore and off shore sites are supported.We provide detailed project plans and timelines and then regularly update you on the progress of the implementation.

Training

The Astound Team delivers system training, technical staff training and end-user training on communication products and solutions, at the time of the installation, or any time after.This includes new versions of software, where necessary as well as periodic refresher or additional training to ensure you are getting the most out of your investment in technology.The training isprovided remotely or it can be arranged to be on site.
