Z Value attracts 8% Dextra Brand fixed rebate only N Value attracts an agreed cover only but will be excluded from ANY rebate.
Discount Group 1 & 2 Products priced off trade attract X Value rebates unless priced as part of a Dextra Lighting generated Z or N project quotation.
Discount Group 3 Products priced off trade attract Z Value rebate unless priced as part of a Dextra Lighting generated N project quotation.
Fixed Rebate paid quarterly 3 months in arrears.

Fixed rebate paid net of settlement discount, incentive schemes, exempt invoices, credit notes & any unpaid invoices.
SETTLEMENT 2.5% for payments at 30 days end of month. Payments must be received by Dextra on or before the last working day of the month. By concession Dextra Lighting Ltd may extend members terms to 60 days end of month on an individual basis.
CARRIAGE Minimum carriage paid order invoice value £350 nett UK mainland branches. Non-mainland and site deliveries will be agreed on an individual basis. Small order charge will apply for orders <£350. Site deliveries are available for orders above £2,000 on Dextra brand.
STOCK CLEANSE Products made to special order are non returnable. Each request will be dealt with on its individual merits

REASON FOR ISSUE New terms for 2018
The parties agree that FEGIME UK are only responsible for the administration and collection of its members’ rebate payments. Any rebate payment due to any particular member is owed by the supplier to that particular member and shall be recoverable as a debt by that member in the event of non-payment. By entering into this agreement you hereby agree to comply and accept all its terms and conditions
