Woodlands Academy are looking to appoint adedicated and inspirational leader for inclusion to work closely with the Senior Leadership Team in creating the school’s ethos for teaching and learning and driving high standards and expectations.
The Headteacher and Governors are looking for a dedicated and caring professional, with strong and proven pedagogical skills, with specific responsibility for inclusion. The successful applicant will be committed to school improvement and raising standards, having high expectations of pupil achievement.
This is an exciting opportunity and we welcome applications from talented and ambitious teachers, with excellent communication skills, who have the drive and energy to succeed. You will need to either hold or be willing to study for the National Award for SEN Co-ordination.
The post will be non-class based but in-class support for teachers is expected. The successful candidate will work with the Senior Leadership Team to improve the school further.
