Scenario:

You are interested in developing your coaching skills so you decide to attend a coaching workshop at the Riviera Centre in Torquay where other coaches from a number of National Governing Bodies have come together to share ideas.

The organisers of the event have asked you to share your knowledge and experiences with the other coaches on how to coach activities, including the roles, responsibilities and skills involved.
