4.2:Characteristics of an effective healthy eating progamme: This could include eating a variety of foods from all food groups, having more calories from the fruit and vegetable and bread, rice, potatoes and pasta group and fewer from fatty and sugary foods eating regularly, eating breakfast.

4.3: Weight loss myths: Fad diets that are restrictive; promote magic foods, promote very rapid weight loss
