Tamera has worked in health care for 21 years. She began her career as a medical technologist at Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield, MA. She has worked in hospital and clinic labs during her years in health care. She has lead quality efforts throughout her career in leadership roles at various health care facilities in Massachusetts and Wisconsin.
Tamera is currently the Clinical Quality Engineer for St. Joseph’s Hospital in Chippewa Falls, WI. The hospital is part of a 13-hospital system, Hospital Sisters Health System, based out of Springfield, IL. She leads quality initiatives at the hospital to ensure patient safety, patient satisfaction, quality care and regulatory compliance.
