*Lisa requested that a Fair Board Lesion attend Leader’s Council Meetings to bring information from the previous Fair Board Meeting. Gail Campbell is the Leader’s Council President so there should be another contact person. The example that was presented was the mandatory shed painting before fair on vary short notice. The weather is very unpredictable this time of year and the Fair Board is requiring clubs paint them before fair. This should be something that is requested in the warmer part of the year so clubs can do a quality job. It was also suggested that sheds are organized to make the best use of the limited space available.

4-H/FFA Boosters:

*Will start serving cocoa and hotdogs at 5:30 to the kids on Wed for decorating and 6pm Monday after the fair during cleanup.
