- Making an appropriation to the account of Graduate Council to furnish the Graduate Student Council with an additional $4000 of funding to appropriate to organizations

- Explanation as to why funding is needed: two summers needed to be funded rather than the usual one due to funding/reimbursement changes

- Amending Chapter 8 of the 2017-2018 ASNMSU Law Book to:
- Remove Law Book mention of final readings
- Add to the duties of the ASNMSU Vice President to serve on the Council of Councils
- Add to the duties of the Pro Tempore to manage the Council of Councils rather than the Vice President
- Minor wording changes
- Read “Members of ASNMSU” rather than “Full- or part-time students”
- Add to the duties of the parliamentarian keeping track of time lapsed during Senate discussion
- Adjust Senator point requirements in regards to the Financial Procedures Workshop from 2 points unexcused to 1 point for late completion and 1 point for unexcused Senate Orientation
- Add requirements that a Senator has 4 weeks from the date of their installation to complete the FPW
- Make it so that the Pro Tempore rather than the Vice President will chair a committee in the case that no Senator will
- Make it so that the organization’s name must be listed on the community service forms
- Make it so that the Finance Committee must verify Reimbursement Intake Sheets for all organizations requesting travel appropriations

- Amending Chapter 3 of the 2017-2018 ASNMSU Law Book to:
- Clarify and arrange compensation limits for the ASNMSU President and Vice President
- Use term “Members of ASNMSU” rather than “Full- or part-time student of NMSU”
- Make it so that the ASNMSU Comptroller may delegate additional duties to the ASNMSU Assistant Comptroller
- Make it so that the ASNMSU Director of Public Relations must appoint two Assistants rather than one
- Remove from the duties of the ASNMSU Director of Activities the planning of leadership events with the Director of Community Outreach
- Establish Senate meetings (the first and last of the semester) at which the Attorney General must report at
- Establish procedure by which the Student Advocacy Board legislative priorities be passed through Senate (in the form of a resolution)

- Allow for application fees to be funded for in the case that it is not the sole line item on the bill and the activity is completed
