Asian OD Network Summit

October 16-18, 2013

Host:Ateneo de Manila University, Loyola Heights, Quezon City, Philippines

Theme: OD in Asian Organizations

Description of the Conference

As an organization that seeks to advance knowledge on OD practice and experience in Asia, the Asian OD Network has been successful in providing a space for OD practitioners in Asia to come together to share their experience, expertise and build a community. However, there is a growing need to build knowledge on commonly asked questions: What is an Asian way of doing OD? What are the learning we can derive from the successes and failures of practicing OD in Asia? What are the needs of the OD community in Asia? Thus the project attempts to answer these questions as well as develop a roadmap for AODN in the future.

The summit seeks to be a venue for exchange of best practices and research in OD in Asia. Unlike previous conferences, this year’s summit will seek to consolidate knowledge and practices of OD practitioners in Asia.
