Ham (baked and served in an Orange Raisin Sauce)
Boneless Chicken Breasts in Sauce (wrapped in bacon, layered on dried beef and cooked in a sour cream and mushroom sauce)
Chaminade Chicken (boneless chicken breasts cooked in wine sauce)
