Please outline the fonts if your artwork was created using the PC version of these programs. PDF files are accepted if saved with Illustrator editing capabilities preserved and the fonts outlined or sent with the file.
Disk Media: / Acceptable Media:
• DVD & CD discs
• Zip disks
• 1 or 2 GB Jaz disks
Unacceptable Media:
• JPEG
• GIF
• BMP
• PICT
• PPT
Fonts and Art: / Include all fonts and linked art contained in the graphic files. If possible, try to avoid embedding large files into Illustrator/FreeHand layouts. Linking to them is preferable unless transparencies are involved. Please embed all color profiles that you may be using in your files and linked art.
Dimensions: / Make sure that the graphic file is in proportion to what the finished piece will be. Also be sure to ask us about certain finishing considerations that might affect the layout of your file.
Resolutions: / If your file contains any bitmapped images (such as a Photoshop EPS, TIFF, or other scanned image formats), please make sure that their resolutions are at least 100dpi for screen printing and 300dpi for digital printing at full size.
Hardcopy: / Please send a color printout of the file, with the dimensions clearly marked. Remember to note any Pantone spot colors being used.
Sending Files
Electronically: / We accept files through the internet via email attachment.
Email attachments must not exceed 10MB.
Proofing
·  Mark up the page size, ADD for bleeds, crop marks, color definitions (Pantone colors
defined as PMS plus the number, process colors defined by their CMYK build amounts), set black to overprint and mark areas where black knocks out, mark where rich text is needed, and mark images as lineart, grayscale, RGB, or CMYK.
·  Verify that all clipping masks are correct.
·  All electronic files should be accompanied by a color composite output for reference.
·  Mark the sheet size and placement on the die line.
