ENTRY FOR (title of series):

2. Fill out the set breakdown list. If the team is entering a compilation of more than one episode, you will need to make a copy of that page for the set breakdown(s) of the additional episode(s).

PILOTS: If the pilot episode is being submitted, this form does not need to be completed.

3. Please note that each set is only counted ONCE regardless of how many times it appears in the episode(s) entered. For example, if INT PAUL’S KITCHEN is a set that reoccurs in all the episodes you have entered; it is only counted once as either a new or existing set.

4. Tally the number of new sets and the number of existing sets in the episode(s) entered. For example:

Number of new sets: 18

Number of existing sets: 6

Add the number of new sets and the number of existing sets to calculate the total number of sets in the episode(s).

(18 + 6 = 24)

Total number of sets: 24

A minimum of 2/3 of your sets must be new sets to meet eligibility requirements. To calculate, divide the total number of sets by 2/3.

(24 ÷ 3 x 2 = 16)

2/3 minimum: 16 new sets

This example meets the 2/3 minimum:Number of new sets: 18

2/3 minimum: 16 new sets

Number of new sets:______

Number of existing sets:______

Total number of sets:______

2/3 minimum:______
