Are you ready for YourPlay?

From 1 December, you must have YourPlay available on every gaming machine in your venue for players to use to track their play and set themselves limits if they choose to.

Staff in your venue must be able to promote YourPlay to players of gaming machines and

help players to sign up for YourPlay and use it, at all times while your gaming area is open.

Use this checklist to ensure your venue is ready for YourPlay.

Equipment for YourPlay

  • Is YourPlay available to players on all gaming machines in your venue?
  • Is YourPlay available to players on the kiosk?
  • Do you have a computer, card reader/encoder and keypad available at your

player service point with online access to the YourPlay portal?

YourPlay information and materials

Have you displayed:

  • A2 YourPlay posters in your gaming area?
  • A2 YourPlay responsible gambling sign at your gaming room entrance?
  • A5 YourPlay talkers on the side of each gaming machine in your venue?
  • the blue and green YourPlay brochures together around the gaming room?
  • the blue and green YourPlay brochures (at least 20 of each) at each player

service point or cashier area in your venue?

  • the purple YourPlay brochures and the ‘Playing the Pokies’ brochures at

each player service point or cashier area?

  • as many brochures as you have gaming machines in your venue of all four

brochures - the purple, green and blue YourPlay brochures and the

‘Playing the Pokies’ brochures?

NOTE: You must have adequate stock to ensure you can meet these requirements at

all times.If you have not received these materials or need more, call the Victorian

Commission forGambling and Liquor Regulation on 1300 182 457.

Registered and casual cards

  • Have you ordered enough player cards for registered and casual players?
  • Are all player cards used in your gaming area correctly branded with YourPlay?
  • Have you pre-encoded casual player cards and insertedthem in the front of

each green brochure displayed in your venue?

Supporting your staff

  • Have your staff completed the YourPlay online training?
  • Do your staff know how and when to promote YourPlay with players?

Do your staff know how to:

  • issue cards to players who register for YourPlay?
  • encode a casual player card?
  • use the YourPlay portal to help players at your player service point?
  • help players use YourPlay at EGMs?
  • help players use YourPlay at the kiosk?
