Driving directions from Calgary and Edmonton
Calgary to River Bend Golf & Recreation Area
Go north on Highway #2 to Red Deer for approximately 150 kms. Take the 67 Street/HWY-11 East exit, EXIT 401, toward STETTLER. Keep Right and continue East on 67 ST/HWY-11East for approximately 5.5 km until you come to 30 Avenue north, turn left (North) and proceed for 3.5 km. The entrance to River Bend Golf & Recreation Area will be on your left.
Edmonton to River Bend Golf & Recreation Area
Go south on Highway #2 to Red Deer for approximately 150 kms. Take the 67 Street/HWY 11 East exit, EXIT 401, toward 67 Street. Continue East on 67 ST for approximately 5.5 km until you come to 30 Avenue North, turn left (North) and proceed for 3.5 km. The entrance to River Bend Golf & Recreation Area will be on your left.

General Policies and Information
River Bend Golf & Recreation Area features an 18 hole championship golf course and over1500 square feet of banquet space. Combining our outstanding selection of menu choices and our experienced service professionals, let the River Bend Golf & Recreation Area ensure that your next golf tournament!
Planning & Booking
All arrangements, including maximum number of players and menu selections, must be finalized 8 days prior to the date of the function. The organizer will be required to pay for the guaranteed number or the actual number of participants, whichever is greater.
Menu Selections
River Bend Golf & Recreation Area supplies all food & beverage items for a function. Our culinary team has prepared the enclosed menus with suggestions to assist you with your menu choices. Should the attached menus not suit your needs, we will be pleased to work with you to create your personalized menu.
Payment Policy
Payment in full is due on the day of the event with Certified Cheque, Visa, Master Card or Debit. Terms will not be extended without prior approval.
Cancellation
Deposits are non-refundable if not cancelled 30 days prior to event. Cancellation with 14 days of event will be charged the rental fee. Additional charges may be applied if cancellation is made less than 8 days prior to event.

- Meals are not included in these fees.
- GST is included in all golf fees.
Monday – Thursday Tournaments

Friday – Sunday Tournaments

TOURNAMENT FEES INCLUDE
- 18 Hole Green Fee.
- 18 Hole Shared Power Cart.
- $15/player prizing.
- Complimentary use of the practice facilities (driving range, short game area, putting greens).
- Personalized scorecards and cart plates.
- Course marshalling.
- Placement and set up of on course signage.
- Computerized scoring.
FORMATS
- 24-60 Players – Tee Times
- 60-100 Players – Open Shotgun (Outside groups will be sold to fill golf course)
- 100+ Players – Closed Shotgun
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT
- A deposit of $500 is required to confirm all tournament bookings. If a tournament is cancelled within 8 days of the event all fees will be automatically forfeited with no refunds or rain checks being issued.
- Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and payments may be paid with cheque or credit card.
NUMBER OF PLAYERS
- The maximum number of players should be conveyed at the time of booking.
- Deadline for any major player changes is 8 DAYS prior to the event. If these changes are not conveyed to the Tournament Coordinator, the original number will be charged.
