We are looking for enthusiastic people, who are excited about our future, with varied talents and experiences that can bring value to our team and the organisations we are creating.

The 2020 Partnership is a number of councils working together and sharing resources to maximise mutual benefit leading to more efficient, effective delivery of local services. After some initial sharing of services the partnership is building momentum and with councils agreeing the establishment of three new companies we are moving fast into a new phase of work.

So whether you’re analytical or creative, tech savvy or a people person, someone that loves crunching numbers or you are just really organised and want a part in creating our future, then the 2020 programme could provide you with an ideal opportunity to challenge yourself.

We will appreciate your skills and experience but what also matters is your attitude and ability to connect and engage with the programme to help us deliver the environment where all our organisations and teams will succeed.

With so many ways to contribute we would like to hear from you if you would be interested in working with us over the next year or so. We would like you to tell us how many hours a week you could commit to (from 7 to 37), how and when you could work, what you think you could offer the programme, and the areas of work where you think your talent will shine. We are particularly looking for people who can make things happen and deliver for us.
