ARCHIVED FISHING

REPORTS

1996 - 2002

I hope you enjoy these older reports and the photo of the week. It has turned out to be a massive job to format over seven years of reports but I truly enjoyed doing every minute of it.

This is a GREAT way to check out some of the guided fishing in the past…and…hope the present will be just as exciting.

NORTHWEST B.C. WEEKLY FISHING REPORT dated June 30 – July 7, 2002

(Number 331)

Dear Fishing Friends:

The weather has been cool with hardly any rain and the water height on the Skeena river has come down and cleaned up substantially and is now fishable for the BIG Chinook. Yahooo !! Sockeye, Pink and Chum fishing will start soon. We have also had good luck angling for Chinook on the Kitimat and the lower Kalum Rivers. Both these rivers are clean and fishable.

Guide Greg Buck’s two guests hooked into 10 Chinook in three days. The biggest one weighed 50-pounds, which was a Skeena River fish.

VIDEO SALE: For those of you who were unable to view the four TV Shows we shot last year with “Canadian Sportfishing” send $15.00 (to cover cost of video, shipping and handling) and we will be happy to send you “all four shows” on one tape.
