Tuesday Activities
April 5th Magnetic Buggles & Carrying Case Community Center Room 112 7pm
Buggles are insect-like magnets that can be used as decorating, trading and collecting. These ‘Buggles’ make great gifts and are right in season with the arrival of the spring insects. We will also be making the carrying case to keep them safe. Cost: $3.00
April 12th Karaoke & Dance Community Center Room 112 6:30-8:00
Sing your favorite songs or dance while a friend sings. Cost: FREE
April 19th New Friends Group MLC Cafeteria 5:30pm
Join our friends at Martin Luther College for an enjoyable evening. We will start out by enjoying their delicious buffet. The cost is only $3.00 and you will pay the EVENT PLANNER not at the register. We will follow the meal with a short devotional and an activity. Cost: $3.00

Join your friends for an evening of Bingo. Our prizes this month will include 2 liter bottles of pop…..so if you are a soda lover this is the event for you! Cost: $1.00

April 13th European Charm Bracelets Community Center Room 112 6:30pm
European Charm bracelets have been very popular. Perhaps you have seen the Pandora and various other commercials on TV. Well, we are fortunate enough to have many, many beads and bracelets to choose from. Make a bracelet for yourself or perhaps you would like to make one as a Mother’s Day Gift. The choice is yours. Cost:$4.00
April 20th Adult Coloring Contest Community Center Room 112 7:00pm
Due to the popularity of this event we have more designs to choose from. We will have a nice snack and listen to music as we color the night away and maybe you will be the lucky winner of our contest where the prize will be your very own Adult coloring book!!! Cost: $1.00
April 27th Different Drummer Dance Club New Ulm Country Club 5:30pm
People First New Ulm put on a lovely event. The event will start out with a fantastic meal put together by Chef Vern. Followed by an evening of Karaoke and dancing. Fun for all.

Thursday Activities
April 7th & 21st ARS Scouts Community Center Lower Level 5:30-6:30pm
ARS Scouts is always fun! We will provide a small mealto those that RSVP-the meal is indicated on the calendar. Matt & Ashley always provide a fun and stimulating meeting so please be respectful of their time and efforts by being on time and RSVP’ing. Cost: FREE
March 10 & 24th Walking Track Vogel Arena 7:00-8:00pm
The sidewalks are slick and treacherous this time of year. Winter has us cooped up inside. Join your ARS friends for a stroll on the walking track. Be sure to sign in to the ARS book and bring walking shoes. (Street shoes are not allowed on the track) Cost: FREE
Once again…..Please try your best to be on time for the ARS events. Many of these events take a lot of preparation and the time allotted for these events is what is required for the event to run smoothly. Your cooperation is very much appreciated.
Movie & Popcorn NightFriday April 8th7:00pm
Community Center Room 112
ARS is planning a fun and relaxing evening. There will be a snack table with beverages for you to help yourself. The movie that we will be watching will be “In the Heart of the Sea”. Ron Howard directed and Chris Hemsworth stars in this modern day Moby Dick story of real life maritime disaster.
Movie is FREE
Cost: $2.00/snack table
Please RSVP so we know how big to make the room.
