Topic name: Apply for an EFT ID
Prerequisites:
You must be the Online Bill Administrator to be able to apply for an EFT ID.
At the completion of this topic you will be able to:
Apply for an EFT ID from Telstra.
Note: You need an EFT ID to enable Telstra to identify who is making a payment. The EFT ID links your Payment Advice to the total payment amount deposited into the Telstra bank account and allows correct allocation to your accounts and bills.

From the home page, select the Payments tab

From the Payments main menu, select the EFT Payment Advice link

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select the Request EFT ID link
Your request is submitted automatically

It may take up to 5 working days to process your request.
You will be notified of progress via email

Note: You must have Administrator or Pay-View access to check the EFT ID
