Your book choice are:

-I Am Malala: The Girl Who Stood Up for Education and Was Shot by the Taliban, by Malala Yousafzai & Christina Lamb: This true story tells of a teenage girl’s fight for her life, education, and freedom after being shot by the Taliban at point-blank range. Malala has since become a global symbol for peaceful protest, education rights, and is the youngest person to be nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize.

-Positive: A Memoir, by Paige Rawl: This true story tells of a girl born HIV positive, and who after disclosing this to one of her friends in middle school, endures extreme bullying to the point where she contemplates taking her life.
