NOTE: Capacity strengthening and support may be required in areas additional to the below categories, depending on need as assessed by the RJCP EOI assessment panel.
a)Assist RJCP Applicants to strengthen their capacity to meet financial accountability and reporting requirements of funding recipients.
b)Provide information, advice and resources in relation to key human resource issues such as; recruitment, performance management and developing policies and procedures.
c)Strengthen the capacity of RJCP Applicants to address key service delivery challenges for example; community development, economic development and case management.
d)Strengthen the capacity of RJCP Applicants to respond to diversity within remote employment services, for example; responding to the needs of remote Indigenous communities, inclusion for participants with a disability and gender specific models of service delivery.
e)Provide information and support to strengthen RJCP Applicants’ organisational capacity to comply with legal requirements, for example; with regard to forming a legal entity, transitioning to fall under the Corporations (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander) Act 2006 (CATSI Act), providing public notices and reporting.
