Who should we contact to let you know if you can use this service?

If your request to transfer to premium service is accepted, we will contact you by 5pm on the same day. If you are not accepted, you will not receive a response.

After assessing your initial request to transfer your application to premium service, it may be necessary for you to attend a Premium Service Centre in person which attracts a fee of £610 per person as it will require an appointment. If this is necessary, we will contact you as soon as possible.
