THE ROUTE 66 SHOW is Dorset’s only ‘Past meets present’ motor show

The two day show gives excellent exposure for stall holders and traders of all kinds, you are advised to maximise this by advertising your presence and location at the show as well as linking to the Route 66 show social media platforms to maximise your footfall.

Now in its 4th year of trading the route 66 show is a mecca for all petrol heads and has an approximate footfall of nearly 10.000 visitors over 2 days, this year’s event takes place at its home of

We welcome traders from any and every angle! This is not just motor related we have a market trader area, arts, crafts and much more to see and do, obviously it is predominantly a motor vehicle show but what event these days gets past the ladies of the house? This event is geared up for the whole family, dads, uncles brothers and the ladies like to see the cars, whilst mum and the kids have the market, arts and craft stalls and free kids area along with fairgrounds, shows and different activities for the whole family!

Please note that there is no catering pitches available, but things like fudge, sweets, cheese, pickles etc. we have availability for trade.

Listed below is the trade size space we offer please choose the meterage you require for your stall, we will also cater for a large van size vehicle behind OR near to your stall, so when choosing your trade area please only choose the area of trade space required thank you. There is an empty box below each open, covered, or auto jumble trade pitch price please place an ‘x’ in the appropriate meterage you require.

Trade pitches are sold as space only on a first come first served basis, the ground is soil grassed over and is easily soaked away if rain, please make sure that if you are using gazebo or similar structure that you have good anchoring provisions and you are responsible for your structure and area that you are trading from, trade areas must be left as found on arrival.

Electricity is not supplied and traders are advised to bring their own power and lighting by silent generated power if needed.

We can supply power at cost if needed BUT ONLY FOR THE HOURS OF 10AM-4PM EACH DAY

ELECTRICITY SUPPLY IF NEEDED PLEASE TICK (PRICE IS PER 16 OR 13 AMP OUTLET)

Traders must be on site prior to the event opening to the public, gates open on sat 7th and Sunday 8th July from 6.30 am and 9.00 am for traders, trade times from 10am when the show opens each day and close to the public each day at 4pm, you are expected to trade both days, prices above are payable as a whole 2 day trade price, if you choose to only turn up one day the price will be that listed so it is in your benefit to trade both days between the allocated operating times.

Access to site can be obtained from Thursday 5th July from midday onwards

All stands selling products such as food related items must have relevant consumer information available and ideally food needs to be covered, marquees can become hot and attract heat and also small insects, we must make you aware that anyone selling small food items must be made aware of this. Water is available on site for cleaning you must collect this from the designated water outlet please ask a member of staff on arrival. Generators must be of silent type and all leads must not cause a trip hazard. We ask that anyone wishing to have a trade pitch supply to us a written risk assessment for your stall or pitch and the area, it is also imperative that all trade stand owners have relevant means and cover of insurance for public liability. Please when booking space as open trade space please allow for guide ropes, and tow bars and do not encroach on your neighbours pitch area, if you feel you may need more meterage then please contact us to seek advice. Anyone encroaching onto the marked area of another stall holder will incur a £100 penalty, we therefore advise to over purchase rather than under purchase space. The organiser reserves the right to reposition any exhibitor. Please consider when writing the risk assessment that you cater for public and other people who may enter your area. Fire risks are also possible in your area, please include this within your risk assessment for your pitch space.

I/We hereby apply to trade at the Route 66 show for stand space as detailed above, I/we undertake, on behalf of my/ourselves and all persons in my/our employ, to abide by the terms and conditions issued by Route 66 show team, we have copied the trader and exhibitor terms and conditions and have also attached a signed copy of those terms and conditions and send them with this application to trade, I/We fully understand their meanings and the terms and conditions set out and we include full payment of our pitch fee marked ‘x’ above and also electricity fee if needed again marked ‘x’ by signing below we accept all the terms and conditions and wish to trade on sat 7th and Sunday 8th July 2018 at the route 66 show.
