Meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month, starting at 7:30pm and are held at:

Membership
The RCCV membership year is from 1st July to 30th June. All memberships are due for renewal in June for the following year
Pro Rata Rate – Valid For New Members Only.
Calculated at $6 per month, or part thereof, remaining in the current membership year. Pro Rata Rate is available between November and June only. Applicable to new members that join late in the current financial year only.
Renewal process
Members renewing their memberships are asked to complete the details on the face of the form as part of the renewal process to ensure that club records and payments are properly recorded.Renewal of membership and payment can be done personally at any Club General Meeting by cash, cheque or credit card payment. Or, the completed form sent with payment addressed to:
Membership Secretary, Renault Car Club of Victoria P.O. Box 111, Heidelberg Victoria 3084.
Credit Card Payment facility
There is a merchant processing fee currently set at $4 per club transaction and must be added in calculating renewal fees to be paid to the club.
Electronic direct Bank to Bank transfer of funds
Members are encouraged to use this method when renewing memberships as it does not currently attract any transaction fee for the club.To allow your direct payment renewal to be recorded/or updated by the Club Membership Secretary please include your membership number and family name in the 18 character window to allow cross check confirmation when the monthly bank statement arrives.To speed up processing, send an email to the Membership Secretary, with the electronic confirmation data of the transfer for information, together with any changes to address for delivery of your club magazine, phone numbers etc.
