Greetings! I know we are all busy planning for the 2018 Regional Summer School program, and I would like to share the following timeline to help guide our efforts. Please note that in order for the most accurate rosters and student placement to happen, the following deadlines must be kept. I thank you in advance for your attention to detail and your support. Please let me know if you have any questions!

April 2- May 4, 2018

Application link is live

  • Counselors and school leaders should be meeting with students to establish which courses will need to be recovered over the summer.
  • The application must be filled out by counselors, or school leaders ONLY. Please do not provide access to students, parents, or anybody not trained in transcript interpretation and analysis
  • Please remember that initial communication to parents/guardians should be focus on the fact that their students have been registered for the RSS program, but should NOT provide any sort of definite confirmation of student's final placement.
  • I have attached a letter to be used to communicate to parents/guardians. I will provide the same letter in other languages as soon as they have been translated.
