Application for the Variation of a Premises Licence

Notice of application for the variation of a Premises Licence under section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003.

Notice is hereby given that Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Ltd.have applied to the London Borough of Waltham Forest for the variation of aPremises Licence at O’Neil’s-762 High Road Leytonstone, London E11 3AW.

The nature of the application is as follows:

  • To update the telephone number of the premises upon the licence.
  • To increase the permitted hours for all licensable activities on Fridays and Saturdays to commence at 10:00 and to end at 02:00 hours the following morning. The opening hours to be 07:00 to 02:30 hours on these days.
  • To extend permitted hours and openinghours on the morning British summertime commences by one hour.
  • To amend the telephone number of the premises licence holder.
  • To amend condition 6 under annex 2 to replace the word ‘that’ with ‘they’. The condition to read: “when door supervisors are on duty they shall be deployed within the curtilage of the premises when closing and take all reasonable steps to ensure customers disperse quickly and do not congregate”.
  • To remove Condition 8 under Annex 2 and replace it with the condition proposed on page 9.

The Licensing register listing full details of the application is kept by the Licensing Service, Sycamore House, Walthamstow Town Hall, Forest Road, Walthamstow E17 4SU. The application may be viewed Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am – 5pm (except Bank Holidays).

Any person wishing to make a representation in respect of the above activities may do so in writing to the Licensing Service, Sycamore House, Waltham Forest Town Hall, Forest Road, London E17 4SU.

Representations must be received no later than9th September2016.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. The maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
