By virtue of Article 14 of Royal Decree 99/2011, of 28 January, which regulates doctoral degrees, and Article 10.3 of the UPC's Academic Regulations for Doctoral Studies, and having reviewed your application and the supporting documents, this academic committee has decided (to authorise/not to authorise) the submission of your doctoral thesis in accordance with confidentiality protection processes and/or confidentiality agreements.

This decision does not exhaust administrative remedies and may be contested by filing an appeal for reconsideration by the academic committee of the doctoral programme or the rector of the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, within one month from the day after the decision is published, without prejudice to any other appeal that is deemed appropriate, in accordance with articles 114 and 115 of Law 30/1992, of 26 November, on the legal system governing public administrations and common administrative procedures.
