Should your application be approved, please note the following:

v  Deposit required: one week rent immediately to secure the property and the balance of the rental and the bond is payable on or before arrival. No obligation to let you the property arises until your application has been approved and the deposit paid to secure the property.

v  A security deposit is payable on arrival in the amount of $1,000.

v  Check in is after 2pm on the date of arrival and check out is at 10am. Should you require early check in or late check out you need to discuss this prior to the day.

v  The property should be left in a neat and tidy condition.

v  There is strictly no smoking permitted inside the premises. Evidence of smoking indoors will cause $200 to be deducted from the bond to pay for extensive cleaning.

v  There are no pets to be kept at the property.

v  Unruly disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of your tenancy.

v  If automatic gate/roller door key (if applicable) is lost by the tenant replacement of same will be charged to the tenant at cost. (currently $80)

v  If keys are lost the property will need re-keying and the cost of this will be taken from the bond at cost. (currently $250)

v  The property is fully furnished and equipped as per inventory.

v  A security deposit is payable on arrival in the amount of $1,000. Alternatively credit card details can be taken in lieu of a security deposit by completing the following:- Your credit card will be sighted on arrival or alternatively a copy provided.

Please note that I wish to supply my credit card details in lieu of payment of the security deposit. I understand that should any event occur that would entitle the owner to take moneys from the security deposit, they are hereby authorised to take payment from the following credit card.

*The card verification value, for Visa and Mastercard, is located on the back of the card. It is a three(3) digit number that will either appear on its own or be preceded by the credit card number.

Cancellation Policy

v  Cancellations must be received in writing or by email. Please note to be considered valid Donna Jacob must acknowledge receipt of your cancellation. It is the responsibility of the tenant to ensure receipt is confirmed.

Refund Policy

v  Cancellations 28 days or more prior to the arrival date will forfeit one weeks rental unless another booking is made for the same period. In this case $200 is forfeited together with any difference in rental for the period.

v  Cancellations between 14 -28 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit all rental unless another booking is made for the same period. In this case $200 is forfeited together with any difference in rental for the period.

v  Cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival or on arrival will forfeit all rental paid.

-  I/We hereby authorise the owner/agent to make all necessary inquiries to verify the information provided.

-  I/we understand the price per night/per week is based upon the term of tenancy entered into. In the event that the tenancy term is altered I /we understand this will effect the agreed per night/week rate.

-  I/we understand any disturbance of the peace caused that may effect the neighboring properties and or if the police are called to the property due to any disturbance will result in the termination of this contract and I /we may be required to vacate immediately.
