Temporary / Short term telephone service

Important information

Customers who do not currently have a business telephone service established with Aliant must pay in advance with one of the following credit cards:

Please provide a Visa, American Express or Mastercard number. We also require the PIN on the card for processing.

Charges for service order and installation will be debited immediately. All other long distance and monthly charges will be invoiced and debited to the credit card you have provided.

BILL MINIMUM:

A minimum billing of one month applies to all services installed.

RENTAL EQUIPMENT:

Any rental telephone sets, although the property of Aliant, is the responsibility of each exhibitor until is returned to Aliant. A set loss charge will be applied to your account should the rental equipment not be returned to Aliant.

SERVICE CONNECTION & OVERTIME RATE:

Service connection times are Monday to Fridays 8 a.m.-5 p.m. only. Overtime rates applicable if installation is required outside business hours 8 a.m. –5 p.m. at $115 per hour. Sundays & Holidays at $150.00 per hour.

TAXES

HST (15%) will be added where applicable.
