4 / Advancing Practice
Responsibility for advancing personal teaching practice. It is anticipated that responsibility will normally grow each year towards a full grade 9 competency by the end of 5 years at the latest. /

- At least one CPD activity in the last year and evidence of its impact on teaching.
- Submitting an application for L&T funding within 3 years.
